Usage data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics collects data such as pages visited, time spent on the site, general geographic location (city/region level), device type, and browser. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
Cookies. Google Analytics uses cookies — small text files stored in your browser — to distinguish visitors and track sessions. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking across other websites.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Form submissions. Contact and booking inquiries are stored and processed using Airtable. Employment applications are sent via email. These services have their own privacy practices.
Online ordering. Our online store is hosted by Square at blackmaplecoffee.square.site. Orders placed through Square are subject to Square's Privacy Policy.
Form submissions are retained as long as needed to fulfill the purpose they were submitted for (responding to an inquiry, reviewing an application, etc.). Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default.
Our website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
