The Canopy offers full in-house catering for events of all sizes. We have two menus to choose from — our main Canopy Catering menu and a dedicated Maple Room menu — so there's a great fit no matter which space you book.
Prefer to bring your own? You're welcome to hire any licensed and insured caterer of your choice. Either way, we've got you covered.
